Why Salesforce Bootcamp for Nonprofits?

Salesforce non-profit bootcamp

Our Salesforce Bootcamp Training for Nonprofits is a 1-day training session that teaches attendees the basics of Salesforce and the Nonprofit Stater Pack. Whether you’re already familiar with Salesforce and are seeking a simple brush-up on your skills, or you have never stepped a virtual foot into the cloud-based platform, our Salesforce Bootcamp will work for you! By the end of the day, you will have learned how to create and manage organizational contacts, record and credit donations, launch campaigns, generate reports, create dashboards for daily “at-a-glance” numbers, and to customize records. If any of those topics sound like things you’d be interested in learning, Bootcamp is your answer!

  • Our Bootcamp’s group training environment is a little but larger than that of our Salesforce Training Academy, but still allows for a collaborative classroom feel. Additionally, this type of environment allows you to learn from a diverse cohort and to make connections within the nonprofit sector.
  • We know that, in the nonprofit community, time is money. That’s why our Bootcamp is just a 1-day intensive training session which will have you up and running on Salesforce in just one workday. As Andrea Weaver of Bridges Together, a previous Salesforce Bootcamp participant, puts it, “I was able to set aside one day to just immerse myself in Salesforce and learn what I needed to learn.”
  • Bootcamp sessions are held once-per-month in Boston and any other events – such as our November 14 training in Williston, VT – are in addition to the regular schedule. This type of schedule allows for plenty of opportunities for you or another professional from your organization to attend a training.

It is for these reasons and many others (like our excellent staff and yummy snacks) that Bootcamp is our most popular offering here at 501Partners. If you’ve decided that Bootcamp is right for your organization, you are welcome to sign up for either our November 14 training in Williston, VT or our December 5 training here in Boston. We anticipate that our schedule for after the New Year will be posted soon.

In the meantime, please check out the video below to learn more about Bridges Together and about why Bootcamp might be right for you.
